We offer a standard 3-month warranty for all watches sold in our store. Please note that the warranty only covers the MOVEMENT of the watch and not the exterior components of the watch itself. What is the refunds and returns policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of our products and international shipping considerations — including customs, duties, and our status as a small business — we do not offer standard returns. All sales are considered final as we guarantee that the products you purchase will come exactly as described on our website and shop.

What if my parcel is damaged or lost?
We may assist with shipping-related issues: if your order is lost or damaged during transit (proof required), we'll help file a carrier claim and may offer compensation if UPS denies liability.
